Global car models record high growth in India

India has emerged as the largest market for some of the cars available globally with the demand led by increasing disposable income of the middle and upper middle class in the country.

Many new models from different manufacturers are entering the Indian market and major automakers are keen to make India their hub for small cars.

South Korean Car maker’s India unit, Hyundai Motor India launched i10 in December 2008 within a year the car emerged as the highest-selling model in the compact car category for the company. Read Full Story in topnews.in
